Your First Visit

Please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to fill out a New Patient form. 

Initial Examination

To begin, your dentist will review your dental and medical history, then complete a comprehensive dental exam. This exam will include a thorough examination of your gums, bite, jaw and teeth, in addition to any x-rays and oral cancer screening that may be required. 

Treatment Plan

Your dentist will develop a long-term treatment plan for you based on your examination and medical/dental histories. There will be time to ask any questions you may have regarding your dental health and treatment options.

  In addition to Montreal, we also serve the suburbs of Westmount, Hampstead, and Côte Saint-Luc, and the neighbourhood of Notre-Dame-de-Grace.

• How can I book an appointment?

  Please contact our office during our regular business hours to book an appointment at Dr. Coopersmith, Dr. Bercovici & Associates Dental Centre.

• How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

  To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us. Please notify us of any change in plans as soon as you can, so another patient may be able to use the space in our schedule. 

• Do you provide services in any languages other than English?

  Yes, our office is able to provide communication in other languages, including French, Spanish and Italian.

  If you have a language preference, please let us know when booking your appointment.

• Does your clinic have on-site parking?

  Yes, free on-site parking is available to all our patients. We are also easily accessible by public transit.
